The current iTunes will not see either of my devices since I downloaded to the current version. Has anyone any solutions?

Here is my fix
1. Uninstall iTunes, Bonjour, Apple Application Support both x32 and x64 versions if applicable, and the Apple Software Update.
2. Use CCleaner to remove any existing registry entries that are no longer needed.
3. Reinstall iTunes from the Apple website.
4. Plug your device in and it should work.
